for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has basic automotive
knowledge, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer

advancement Responsibilities of a Tire and Lube Tech: Perform oil
changes, lubrication services, and filter replacements Check and
top off fluids (engine oil, coolant, transmission, etc.) Inspect
belts, hoses, tires, and basic vehicle components Maintain a clean
and safe work area Communicate vehicle needs clearly to service
advisors or customers Follow safety procedures and company
guidelines Qualifications of a Tire and Lube Tech: Previous lube or
automotive experience preferred Basic knowledge of automotive
systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong work ethic and attention to detail Valid driver’s license
(preferred) Reliable transportation and punctuality
