Job Description Job Description Seeking entry-level Regional CDL-A Drivers to operate dedicated regional dry van routes. This role is intended for recent CDL-A graduates who have completed truck driving training and are looking for consistent, no-touch freight assignments while maintaining a professional presence with customers and on the road. Estimated annual compensation: $70,000 to $80,000. Schedule: Regional routes with two days home every other week. Equipment and freight: Late-model tractors with automatic transmissions; dry van freight; 100% no-touch handling. Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies. Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes, adhering to schedules and customer delivery instructions. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects or maintenance needs promptly. Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation to meet regulatory and company standards. Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and represent the employer during interactions at customer locations and on the road. Valid CDL-A license. Completion of a minimum of 120 hours of truck driving school within the past 12 months. Minimum age: 21 years. Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers. Ability to pass required drug screening and background checks. Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication.
