General Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mazak Integrex Operator to join our team on second shift. This position is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of Mazak Integrex multi-axis CNC machines to produce precision components to specification. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Mazatrol programming and the ability to read and interpret complex blueprints. Reports to: Production Supervisor Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate Mazak Integrex CNC machines for precision machining operations. Edit and make minor modifications to Mazatrol programs as needed to ensure part accuracy. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and job specifications to determine machine setup and operations. Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify part conformance. Monitor machine operations and adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling to optimize quality and efficiency. Perform routine machine maintenance, including tool changes and cleaning. Document production information and maintain accurate records of work performed. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and issues. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years' experience operating Mazak Integrex CNC machines or similar multi-axis CNC machines. Working knowledge of Mazatrol programming. Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints. Proficiency with precision measuring instruments. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Prior experience in a production environment. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
