Join Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), a respected global nonprofit, in a key role as a Lithographic Press Operator within our Printing Media department. This position involves operating lithographic presses integral to our outreach and communication efforts. As MCC is dedicated to aiding communities through development and humanitarian efforts, your role will significantly support the production of high-quality printed materials that contribute to our mission. The position is based in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment, working a night shift from 6 PM to 6 AM. Set up and operate lithographic printing presses Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines and quality standards Maintain inventory of supplies and order as necessary Ensure compliance with safety regulations Record production data and maintain activity logs Proficiency in operating lithographic presses Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain high attention to detail Effective communication and teamwork abilities Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in a print shop environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification from the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation (GATF) or similar is preferred
