R. J. Corman is currently seeking an Administrative Management
Trainee to participate in an extensive and structured training
program designed to provide a strong knowledge of all aspects of
our railroad service provider business.
Over the course of 12 to 18 months, the Trainee program combines
a series of 2-to-3-month rotational assignments in various business
units with experiences in Administration, Accounting/Finance,
Technology, Human Resources, and Public Relations with the purpose
of preparing the individual for a leadership position within the
organization that best matches the individual's strengths with the

- A graduate degree is preferred, preferably in finance,
business, human resources, or a related course of study.
- Ability to travel infrequently to company locations, up to 20%
of the time.
- Must have excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Candidates with knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or experience with
other process improvement methodologies are strongly encouraged to
