Provide one-to-one nutrition coaching via telehealth or
in-person to student patients in the student health clinic at
University Health Service. A nutrition coach assesses client
lifestyles, addresses health concerns and then works with the
clients to make nutritional and behavioral changes in order to
promote health and wellness. Complete visit notes in EMR in a
timely and effective manner.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
General nutrition, disordered eating, behavior counseling,
motivational interviewing, effective communication skills.
Undergraduate degree in dietetics, current enrollment in
graduate degree program in nutrition, RD not required but preferred
or RD eligible.
