This position is located off-campus with a local Lexington resident
and is not affiliated with the university.
Local Lexington resident seeking in home nanny, pay starting at
$14 per hour and can increase with experience, for one sweet and
energetic 4 year old child and two dogs. Candidate must be
available one weekday morning, and one separate weekday
afternoon/evening per week, plus three weekend days per month. We
are flexible on exact dates and times as both parents work from
home and have some flexibility.
Ideally we are looking for someone looking for a 2 year
engagement with our family. Our family culture includes gentle
parenting (no spanking/yelling), social justice orientation, and a
deep belief in respectful relationship. Another child is due in
October, therefore this could expand to more hours in the fall and
a raise if there is a great fit to our family!
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
- Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
- Previous childcare and/or animal care experience.
