DecoArt is seeking a pioneer, driven to take on the challenges of Amazon and win the buy box! Your sole responsibility will be to drive profitable sales on Amazon while protecting the integrity of the DecoArt brand.
You must be able to learn, adapt, experiment, overcome obstacles and WIN while working in a highly collaborative environment to get what you need from the organization.

What you will be doing:

Grow profitable sales on Amazon for DecoArt brands while protecting the integrity of the brand
Effectively communicate and collaborate with others to drive success
Establish metrics and KPIs
Create strategies and tactics for winning the buy box

What you need:

A demonstrated capability on Amazon in a similar market structure
Good communicator in written and verbal form
Highly collaborative
Highly driven and self-motivated
Able to learn, solve problems, adapt, and win in an ambiguous and changing landscape
