Overview

Kentucky. Founded in 1877 a small group of Sisters of Charity of
Nazareth in Kentucky led by Sister Euphrasia Stafford began their

Responsibilities
**Post Op Cardiothoracic Vascular Unit** -Ability to serve as
leader and teammateEnsure your direct reports and department are
positioned to deliver the best care possible to our patientsHigh
level of engagement with the floor- visibly connecting with nurses,
patients, and familiesAttend meetings with leadership to learn
about new initiatives, areas for improvement, etc. and share that
information with your teamMonitor productivity and efficiency of
your departmentMentor people on your team. Share your knowledge and
confidence with assistant nurse managers, charge nurses, and others
