Responsibilities
**Post Op Cardiothoracic Vascular Unit** -Ability to serve as leader and teammateEnsure your direct reports and department are positioned to deliver the best care possible to our patientsHigh level of engagement with the floor- visibly connecting with nurses, patients, and familiesAttend meetings with leadership to learn about new initiatives, areas for improvement, etc. and share that information with your teamMonitor productivity and efficiency of your departmentMentor people on your team. Share your knowledge and confidence with assistant nurse managers, charge nurses, and others - -THIS JOB OFFERS AN INCENTIVE:

  • Sign-on Bonuses up to $10,000 or Education Assistance (loan payoff) up to $24,000 (for eligible positions)
    Qualifications
    Minimum Qualifications:
    Associate's Degree (ADN) in Nursing from an accredited nursing college or programActive Registered Nurse (RN) license cleared by the Kentucky Board of Nursing or with eNLC multi-state practice privilege Basic Life Support (BLS) -Preferred Qualifications:
