Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm; some offset hours worked weekends and evenings.Job Summary The College of Social Work (CoSW) is seeking a CRM Specialist to oversee and execute email campaigns, including communications calendar and stakeholder segmentation, automation campaigns, and campaign reporting associated with new and ongoing projects. Specific duties entail managing all aspects of outbound and inbound campaigns, including automation, deployment strategies, QA assessment and data reporting. This position will work with database to segment audience, analyze audience behavior, and improve the database's quality. The CRM Specialist will initiate tests associated with landing pages, data collection and management/optimization. The successful candidate will collaborate and coordinate with the marketing team to ensure deployment of efficient and effective campaigns as well as assess/refine targeting tactics based on analyses of key metrics.The University of Kentucky considers the health, safety and well-being of our entire community to be a top priority.
