Hours per Week 20-25 Hours vary we have different shifts available, 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am. Job Summary Welcome all guests and confirm bookings upon their arrival Act as a point of contact for guests who require help or information and attend to their wants and needs Arrange activities, excursions, and transportation for hotel guests per their request. Provide the best local recommendations, gather in-depth knowledge about the premises as well as surrounding venues and businesses Handle and distribute messages and mail, as well as redirect calls by answering the phone and making reservations Answer any issues or complaints made by guests and come up with solutions quickly. We have several different types of positions available, weekends availability is preferred. Front Desk positions which are different shifts 7-3, 3-11, and 11-7. Also Breakfast attendant which is from 5am-11am and Housekeeping which starts at 8:30 goes until whenever they are finished. House person Which is 8:30-5.
