Job Description:

Position Summary: Downtown Lexington law firm is looking for a Document and Record Coordinator to assist with drafting legal documents, requesting certain records pertinent to our cases, and document management.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of office experience.
Law office experience a plus.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Excel and database software.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Ability to balance multiple projects.
Attention to Detail: accuracy of work is important.
Highly motivated, resourceful and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
Proficient in Adobe PDF Pro, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work effectively and professionally with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and clients.
