On behalf of my #1 manufacturing client in Kentucky, I am looking for a select few professional Winders, from entry level to expert, who are desiring to secure their futures within a stable organization and never return to the job market. - Job security and career stability, unlimited advancement from within, and being taken care of far beyond compensation take-home, are a few things that are a garauntee here:Job Summary:Starting out in this position, you will be responsible for rewinding various kinds of basic electro-mechanical equipment and performing voltage testing on standard/basic windings. - As a Motor Winder, you will apply strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to perform quality repairs to prepare stators and/or armatures for AC/DC electric motors.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ability to collect data to repair winding system
• Determine any damage to the stator.
• Ability to remove/strip stator or apparatus winding without damage to core or iron
• Medial blast stator or apparatus after removal of coils
• Ability to repair stator iron as necessary before inserting coils
• Inserting prepared coils as needed per process.
• Test rewound electromechanical equipment according to industry standards
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Ability to operate machinery
• Adhere to all company policies
• Inspect various kinds of electro-mechanical equipment for damage and evidence of electrical malfunctions.
• Test condition of windings.
• Rewind various kinds of electro-mechanical equipment, including but not limited to: single phase, three-phase, dc fields, armatures, wound rotors and transformers.
