- -Job Description: Bowling Desk AttendantReports to: Bowling Manager -As the Malibu Jack's Bowling Desk Attendant, you are responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our bowling lanes. - Your job will be to help customers have a great time by helping them find the best solution for what they're looking for, processing transactions and assisting with lane set up, shoe rental, ball selection and bowling instructions. - The bowling desk attendant will become an expert in their area. -Responsibilities include:

Observes players to determine misuse of lanes or other equipment.Rents bowling shoes to patronsReserves lanes for bowling league or individualsmaintaining cleanliness of bowling desk areaProvide bowling guests with efficient, courteous customer serviceMaximize the utilization of lanes and equipment through efficient control of customer flowIssue lanes to guests, assists with tournaments and special events/promotionsMaintain procedures for credit control, handling of financial transactions, and security of moniesClean bowling lanes, gutters and ball return areasRetrieve, transport, and store parts and suppliesAssist mechanics as needed with repair dutiesFollow safety procedures related equipment operation and use of chemicals, repair pinsetter auto-scoring equipmentInspect Bowling area, and public areas for cleanliness and appearance on a daily basis.Follows and ensures that Policies and Procedures of the Bowling property are followedEnsures control/protection of company assetsWork nights, weekends and holidays as requiredPerforms other duties as assigned -Must be 18 years of age or olderMust be able to lift 30lbs unaided - -Powered by JazzHR
