A company is looking for an M&A Strategy and Corporate
Development Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate alternative Corporate Development/M&A strategies to
best-fit business objectives and market conditions
Develop acquisition criteria and identify potential M&A
targets/relationships
Conduct target assessment, preliminary valuation, and potential
synergy analysis
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in strategy/business consulting and/or
mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
Proficient in financial analysis and Excel modeling
Strong research and executive reporting skills
Project management experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
