Growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop predictive models and analytics for customer behavior and
lifetime value
Optimize marketing campaigns and customer segmentation models
Design and analyze A/B tests to inform growth strategies
Required Qualifications:
MS or PhD in statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer
science, or a quantitative field
5+ years of experience as a growth data scientist
Hands-on experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, and
causal inference
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI platforms
Deep knowledge in statistical and machine learning techniques
