Skills - Leadership Experience - Microsoft Project - Communication Skills - Microsoft Office - This position is for OCONUS (Japan) International TDY supporting USAF TCTO modifications (HH-60G). The requirement for this position is to deploy six (6) months out of the year, years 2020 & 2021, with expected duration till 3rd Quarter CY21. The other six (6) months will be at home station performing efforts as directed. - Candidate conducts technical analysis and oversite of product implementations, modifications, enhancements, maintenance and repair to product in accordance with customer specifications. - Candidate troubleshoots problems and issues, determines solution in accordance with customer specifications, company policies and procedures. - Candidate recommends actions to company or customer representatives for product solution. - Candidate assesses product needs in accordance with customer requirements. - Candidate acts as on-site representative to customer organization. - Conduct product briefings with customers, vendors and company representatives. - Candidate manages subordinate work assignments, training requirements, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Basic Qualifications: - Prior leadership experience managing employees through daily aviation production activities. - Candidate shall have good communication skills, and ability to work with other functional departments in support of daily activities. - Prior experience with providing product status and financial performance reports. Desired Skills: - 3 to 5 years' experience working H-60 aircraft. - Prior experience with leading a team performing aircraft reset, phase maintenance, depot level repair, MWO's, TCTO's or modifications. - Experience with developing product status tools using Microsoft Office suite primarily using Microsoft Project schedules. - Ability to manage aircraft maintenance workflow based on schedules and project objectives. - Previous HH-60 modification and/or experience.
