CORE VALUES: TRUST, ATTITUDE, 100% RESPONSIBILITY, COMMITMENT JOB DESCRIPTION:--We have an immediate need for a Maintenance Manager in Georgetown, KY. * The Maintenance Manager has overall responsibility for the contract, overseeing salaried supervisors, hourly team leads, and team members.* The Maintenance Manager interacts with customer contacts involved in maintenance and production on a daily basis, ensuring all tasks and activities are accomplished safely with the highest level of quality.* The Maintenance Manager is accountable to ensure the safety of the entire site team by modeling the MacLellan culture of safety.* The Maintenance Manager is accountable to evaluate task work to ensure quality standards are achieved and to identify efficiencies to make the task work safer, easier, and faster for our colleagues.* Work--performed by the team consists of plant equipment PM and repair and project work for our internal customers. * The Maintenance Manager will identify training and development needs in the maintenance team, identify resources, and provide training to enhance the skills of the entire team. * The Maintenance Manager provides the leadership to increase sales and profit at the assigned contract while continuously improving the quality of customer service and added value.REQUIREMENTS:* 7 years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required. Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement preferred.* 4 year engineering and/or management degree preferred.* Industrial Maintenance and/or internal Project experience.* Excellent rating in MS Office and computer skills.* Project/construction estimating experience must be proven.* Weekend work will be required periodically.* Occasional 2nd shift support will be required.SERVICES PERFORMED AT SITE:--Maintenance PM, repairs, and project work for multiple on-site customers.--Metal fabrication, welding, building finishes, equipment installation, demo, painting, drywall, flooring, and carpentry.--Light electrical, piping, and plumbing.SHIFT DETAILS:--6am-2:30pm weekdays and weekends as needed
