Job Description:

As a Supplier Compliance Analyst at Galls, you will lead all efforts related to Supplier Compliance, Supplier Performance Management, Processing Efficiency, and EDI. Focus on cross-functional collaboration with desired outcome of operational efficiency, improving speed of processes, cost savings initiatives, reporting, automation, and documentation of processes. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manages Supplier Compliance Program including vendor communication, reporting and expense offset processing
• Responsible for driving improvement of inbound receiving efficiency as it relates to EDI/UPC streamlining
• Manages all aspects of EDI implementation and maintenance
• Manages reporting for Vendor Compliance as it relates to Inbound Exceptions, SLA s, and on-time deliveryWHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business and/related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of supplier compliance preferred
  • Business Analysis Required to identify/size/action to opportunities
  • Analytical Proficiency Excel/Database/Tableau/etc
  • Multitasking Capability Demonstrate proficiency in balancing multiple projects and responsibilities at once
  • Collaboration/Negotiation required to partner with stakeholders
