This is an ongoing project and the Manager is looking to backfill a
resource who has recently left the position.
The team is supporting the Manufacturing plants as well as involved
in expanding the stamping press department and the welding
department in the plants.
Resource
The resource should have the relevant experience but willing to
learn more things too as the team is trying to branch out to other
work areas too.
Work schedule: Normal working hours for most of the times but the
candidate may need to work on 2nd shifts occasionally from 6 PM to
6 AM which will be very few times for 12 months. During holiday
shutdown, the resource will be required to work at least 4-5 days
in 2nd shift (from 6 PM to 6 AM).
Overtime: The resource will be expected to work at least one
weekend every month. The workload will be high during shutdowns
with 14 hours of work/day for the 14 days of shutdowns. It wont be
happening quite often but the resource should be flexible to work
as they could be called upon to work on-site as per the business
needs.
Travel: 50%, resource will be expected to start business travel
after a month of training. Trainings will be in TMMMI at Princeton,
IN but resource will be coming back to Georgetown, KY every
day.

1. 60 minutes STAR/video interview with Hiring Manager and other
Managers. In-person would be great!
2. 60 minutes of in-person interview with Hiring Manager and other
Managers.

Our Client Motor North America, Division of Production Engineering
(PE) is looking to add the right person to our Technical
Organization.
We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, skilled technician
with an interest in technology.
Primary responsibilities of this role are, but not limited to,
support maintenance activities (electrical and mechanical) on
various Press Shop equipment.
Installation support of new equipment, support testing and
development of new equipment, and researching new techniques and
ways of completing assignment tasks.
Requirements:
Requirements -
Associate's or Technical Degree and/or 3+ years of heavy equipment
or press experience.
Strong Mechanical knowledge with experience in Electrical
Controls.
Demonstrated success in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Technical Knowledge and skills in PLC's, Hydraulic and Pneumatic
systems, Motion/Motor Control, Industrial Machining, and
Robotics.
Available to work weekends, nights, holidays, overtime, and travel
internationally.
