desiredAbout the Job:IT Department maintains and manages internal
and hosted hardware, software, and systems. This position is an IT
Helpdesk Technician for internal and hosted systems.What You'll Do:
Update tickets by gathering
information and defining the ticket urgency.Complete assigned tasks
and tickets by following documented procedures, including Staging,
Installation, Configuration, Upgrade and Maintenance of software
and physical and virtual servers and workstations.Communicate with
professionalism and succinctly include relevant information when
handing off tickets to the appropriate Line of Business, NOC
Systems Administrators, Infrastructure Engineering and Systems
Engineering teams. Troubleshoot ticketed problems, including
