Job Description:

A company is looking for a Mulesoft Global Readiness Success Architect for a remote, full-time position based in Indiana, US.
Key Responsibilities:

Improve Mulesoft product serviceability and build expertise in new product introductions, migrations, and retirements
Engage with customers to uncover blind spots and build practical implementation knowledge
Share expertise with the Customer Success team and help them scale solutions for a larger population of Mulesoft customers

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience with one or more Mulesoft products or features, preferably with Mulesoft certifications
5+ years of relevant customer engagement experience, including strategic guidance on feature adoption, implementation, and technical organization design
Ability to interact well with both technical and non-technical customers and internal teams, analyzing information and designing comprehensive solutions
Experience developing visually rich and professional conceptual design documents
Desire to continually study new technologies and functionality, and be involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies
