Job Description:
A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to provide
technical support and customer service for a web-based software
application.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, chat, email,
and service desk portal
Document and maintain standard operating procedures, user guides,
and knowledge base articles
Support user acceptance testing and coordinate with technical teams
to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in an IT Help Desk environment
Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
Ability to independently research and analyze complex technical
issues
Self-motivation and a desire to learn new technologies
Experience with agile development practices is a plus
