1/18/2026 About the Position Specializes in caring for patients who
require continuous cardiac monitoring, often in telemetry or
step-down units. These nurses interpret patients' heart rhythms
using electronic equipment, identify potential complications or
abnormalities, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
to provide appropriate interventions and treatment. Telemetry
nurses also provide general nursing care and educate patients on
heart-related conditions and lifestyle modifications.
