Lead Agilist. We need someone to assist in coaching Agile squads,
enabling high-performing teams, and driving continuous improvement
using Agile and Scrum principles. Responsibilities: Coach Agile
squads on Scrum values, practices, and principles Facilitate Scrum
ceremonies and ensure delivery of business value Mentor Product
Owners and Development Teams Remove impediments and escalate issues
when necessary Promote self-organization, collaboration, and
continuous improvement Foster a safe and trusting team environment
Coach stakeholders across the organization on Agile practices
Essentials: 5 years of business experience 3 years of hands-on
Scrum experience Strong coaching, facilitation, and mentoring
skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proven
ability to build trust and resolve conflict Desired: Bachelor’s
degree in a related field Experience with additional Agile
