office based and 25% community based. Degree Required: Master’s in
Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy License
Required: LISW, LPCC, or IMFT Experience/Skills Experience in
infant and early childhood mental health, early intervention, or
related service provision Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Strong organizational skills, and ability to coordinate multiple
stakeholders, outcome tracking, and grant reporting Make a lasting
impact on the mental health of infants, young children, and

Childhood Mental Health (ECMH) Coordinator provides strategic,
clinical, and administrative leadership for a multi-funded ECMH
program serving children from birth to age five and their
caregivers. This role ensures high-quality, compliant, and
effective delivery of prevention, consultation, and therapeutic
services while supporting and guiding a multidisciplinary team.
This position is 75% office-based and 25% community-based, offering
a balance of leadership, collaboration, and direct service. Program
Leadership Lead day-to-day operations of a multi-funded ECMH
program Ensure compliance with grant and funder requirements
Supervise ECMH staff and support high-quality clinical and
consultation services Monitor outcomes and program effectiveness
Community & Stakeholder Engagement Represent the ECMH program at
community, stakeholder, and funder meetings Build strong
partnerships with early childhood providers, Early Intervention
(EI), Help Me Grow, and community partners Direct Services & Early
Intervention Provide evidence-based infant and early childhood
mental health services (birth–8) Deliver dyadic and
relationship-focused therapy, caregiver-child interventions, and
prevention-based consultation Collaborate with EI teams and service
coordinators to integrate mental health supports into
Individualized Family Service Plans Consult with early childhood
educators and childcare providers to support trauma-informed,
developmentally appropriate practices Maintain a limited caseload
to stay clinically connected and model best practices Comprehensive
